Sunday 7th December – Making the World Sacred. Led by Sheila Cass
Unitarian worship has sometimes been criticised for being perhaps too cerebral, too wordy, too much for the mind not the spirit.
But how to avoid this?
Using the account of the spiritual practice of an American Universalist minister, Johanna Nichols, who says “The world is so temporal that we have to intentionally make it more sacred, ” she will be focussing on how ritual, symbol and music can help to bring this about. Please bring something with you ( photograph, book, object, memento) which holds a special meaning for you to be used in our service.
Everybody welcome. Starts 10.30am
