Tuesday, May 3rd Touching the Spirit : Metta Bhavana Meditation

Touching the Spirit will have a buddhist flavour as we take time to sit quietly, listen to the bell, and practise the beautiful and transformative metta bhavana (cultivation of compassion for ourselves and for the world). This week we will particularly explore compassion for ourselves, the tap root .Led by Hil Bichovsky. Starts 7.30pm. Everyone welcome. A small donation will be collected.
