Join us for a relaxing and heart-warming evening of shared singing and silence. We sing simple song chants from a variety of world traditions interspersed with periods of meditative silence. The chants are all very simple and easy to follow. No previous singing or meditation experience is required for you to be able to engage with this uplifting spiritual practice. Please feel free to bring simple song chants to share with the group.

Join us for our informal gathering to celebrate Imbolc, the festival of awakening, with guided meditation, simple earth chants, poetry and more.
We will welcome the stirrings of Spring as the first green shoots push through the soil, giving us encouragement and confidence to light our inner fires of hope and inspiration for the year ahead.
Please feel free to bring drums or other percussion instruments, poems or other readings, songs, chants, circle dances, etc. to share with the group.
