Tuesday 2nd June, 7.30 – 8.30 pm: Letting Go Meditation (online via Zoom)

Join us for a gentle meditation using simple yoga techniques of pranayama (breathing), mudra (hand posture) and mantra (sacred chant) to help us let go of stress and overcome challenges.
