Tuesday 18 August, 7.30 – 8.30 pm: Self-blessing meditation (online via Zoom)

We must learn to bless ourselves before we can bless others. This gentle meditation will help us bless ourselves, through the yoga techniques of mantra (sacred chant), mudra (hand postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises).

No previous meditation experience required. Led by Laura Dobson. All welcome.
